Caterpillar Engine Assembly Plant

Design/Build project on Caterpillar's new engine assembly and manufacturing facility which includes 840,000 square foot concrete tilt wall with 40,000 square foot of office.
CTI Foods Facility

General Contractor: Cadence McShane Corporation
Size: 185,221 ft2

Location: Saginaw, TX

The plumbing scope on this project will encompass 23,968 square feet of office space and a 104,226-square-foot production area, including 57,027 square feet of refrigerated storage.  Howard Kane Plumbing is providing process waste and process air distribution of this food processing plant.
