General Contractor: Cadence McShane Corporation Location: Dallas, TX Completed both plumbing scope and medical gas installation in this four-story medical office building which includes an ambulatory surgery center on the fourth floor and medical office space on floors one through three.

Size: 80,000 ft2 Location: Fort Worth, TX Remodel of existing facility including the installation of a sophisticated laboratory environment for research and development.

Size: 38,000 ft2 Location: Arlington, TX The Arlington Orthopedic Center was a built-to-suit two story medical office building completed in 2004.

Texas Health Resources Complex

Size: 38,800 ft2 Location: Burleson, TX The Texas Health Resources Complex is a single-story multi-building medical complex. The initial phase of construction will include three buildings of 29,005 square feet, 8,060 square feet, and 3,500 square feet. Facilities include an imaging center with MRI, ultrasound, CT scan, x-ray, a fitness center with a two-lane lap pool, a cardiac rehab center and physical therapy area. Howard Kane Plumbing completed both plumbing and medical gas installations in this complex.
